
Welcome to Starboard Communications! We are excited to have you as a new client and look forward to working with you. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way and are always available to answer any questions you may have.

- Invoicing schedule: Clients will receive invoices at the end of each month. Our billing dates are always the last Sunday of the media month.
- Electronic Invoicing: Starboard uses electronic invoicing. Each service (Cool 100, Hits 95.5, and InQuinte.ca) will have its own invoice and will come electronically in separate emails.
- Marketron: All invoices and statements will come to your email from Marketron, our client management system. You will receive an initial email from Marketron with information to set up your account.
- Invoice assistance: If you have questions about your invoices, please contact Sharon at 613-966-0955 or your account manager.

Please note that as a new client, we require payments ahead of each month of your campaign for up to three months, unless you choose to do a credit reference check.
E-transfer
- Payment Email: send e-transfer to traffic@hits955.ca
- Initial Payment: As a new client, we require the first month’s payment before your ad begins. Subsequent payments can follow the regular billing cycle.
- E-transfer Memo: Please always include the name of your company and invoice number in your e-transfer memo notes.
Credit Card
- Payment Process: You can provide your credit card number to Sharon at 613-966-0955. Your credit card will be kept on file and charged on the 15th or 30th of every month during your campaign.
- Receipt: We will send you a copy of the transaction receipt
- Initial Payment: As a new client, we require the first month’s payment before your campaign begins. Your credit card will run on the first day of your campaign period for up to three months of your campaign.
Credit Reference
- Credit Check: If you prefer not to pre-pay, please fill out the credit reference form below. This will allow us to confirm your reliability in paying bills on time.
